22c — Origami Boat (Craft)
Fold a Boat with a Quote —
The Bible teaches that it’s not how much faith I have, but what I place my faith in that matters. Like Peter in the Sea of Galilee, are my eyes fixed on Jesus or the strong waves surrounding me?
God’s fondest desire is that:
1) I remember that he is my refuge and strength. (Psalm 46:1)
2) I trust him and ask for his help in times of trouble.
3) I believe that he will work all things together for my good — even the bad things. (Romans 8:28)
A fun way to remember this is to learn to fold an origami faith-boat. Origami is the Japanese art of folding paper into decorative shapes and figures.
