What is Procrastination?
People procrastinate when they purposely put off doing things they don’t want to do — things like chores, homework, or bedtime. Kids who procrastinate try to convince themselves and others that they are just waiting until later to do a task, when most often “later” never comes.
So how can a person overcome procrastination?

My Prayer
Dearest Father, Thank you that you have created all of us to be active and responsible. When there is an unwanted task I need to accomplish, help me not to procrastinate and take the chance of disappointing you and others. Help me to faithfully fulfill my responsibilities and do my part in a timely manner. Increase my skills and follow through in this area. Thank you. Amen.
