53b — Overcoming Hatred
What is the Solution to Hatred? —
In Matthew 5:21-22, Jesus teaches that outward sins like murder are caused by inward sins that we allow to fester — like hatred and anger.
Feel the tension of the many, many reasons children give for holding onto hatred or anger in their hearts. Then feel the release as one by one these reasons are erased. Identify the solution.
My Prayer
Dearest Father, When others do or say things that make me feel hatred or anger, help me to pause, take a breath, and erase their offense by __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ them. Thank you so much for the strength and love you give me to accomplish this. Thank you for the freedom this brings. Amen.
