No Turning Back —
All of Jesus’ twelve apostles (except for the traitor Judas) devoted their lives to the mission Jesus gave them nearly 2,000 years ago — even though they suffered persecution, imprisonment, or death for preaching and teaching about him.
This type of commitment to follow Jesus no-matter-the-cost has been an evidence of true disciples ever since.

Dearest Father, Thank you for those disciples throughout history who have given up everything to follow Jesus and tell others about him. What amazing faith! Give me a measure of that faith. Amen.
